Welcome to Super Maxo Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for employers and job seekers registering with us. By accessing or registering on our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Registration & Fees

  • Employers and Education Centers are required to pay a one-time registration fee of ₹999/- (non-refundable).
  • Job seekers applying under specific categories (Labour, Skilled, Nursing, etc.) must pay the applicable registration charges as mentioned on our Packages page.
  • All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the employer or employee chooses not to proceed further after registration.

2. Services Provided

  • Super Maxo Services acts as a manpower consultancy and placement support agency, connecting employers with job seekers.
  • We provide candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and placement assistance based on the information shared by both parties.
  • Final hiring decisions rest solely with the employer. Super Maxo Services is not responsible for employment guarantees.

3. Candidate & Employer Responsibilities

  • Employers must provide clear and accurate details of job requirements, salary packages, and working conditions.
  • Job seekers must provide authentic information regarding qualifications, skills, and work experience.
  • Any misrepresentation or false documents will lead to immediate termination of services without refund.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All registration and service fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of hiring outcome or personal decisions.
  • Payments once made cannot be transferred, adjusted, or claimed back under any circumstances.

5. Placement & Employment Disclaimer

  • Super Maxo Services does not guarantee permanent employment to any candidate.
  • Employers are solely responsible for selection, employment terms, and payments to the hired employees.
  • We are not liable for any disputes arising between employer and employee after placement.

6. Compliance & Legal

  • Employers must comply with applicable labour laws, wage policies, and workplace safety norms.
  • Super Maxo Services will not be held responsible for any legal issues, workplace disputes, or violations committed by either employer or employee.

7. Termination of Services

  • Super Maxo Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities are found.
  • Misuse of services or violation of these Terms may also result in a permanent ban.

8. Updates to Terms

  • Super Maxo Services may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
